Kyle had two weeks to get himself to Finland. We started packing and determining the importance of things and preparing for a month without him with us. The boys participated in the pinewood derby and each beat the brother younger than them so all was well. We ran from tennis to karate to scouts and back again. Mom came and spent the week after Kyle left with us and we had a yard sale on a beautiful Saturday when Dad came up to retrieve Mom. Kyle spent the month looking at houses and apartments and riding buses and subways halfway around the world.
