A family in our ward had an amazing carnival Halloween party Friday night.  There were carnival games and hay rides.  It was pretty impressive.

And Halloween night trick-or-treating.

We went to the neighborhood next to ours, because ours was barren.  It was so much fun.  There were hundreds of kids out knocking on doors.  It reminded me of trick-or-treating in Taylorsville as a kid.  There were a couple teenagers clothed in all black hiding in bushes to scare kids and when Alexander saw them he lit up the light saber and took chase.  It was hilarious.  I don’t think the kid knew what to do but run until we called Alexander back.

Now we are moving on to Thanksgiving, when we’ll be hosting all the family once again.
