Day 4: Animal Kingdom
We slept in a little and went to Animal Kingdom on Wednesday morning. We rode a few rides, saw Lion King and went on the safari. Alexander was very concerned about the poachers and the baby elephant for the rest of the day. Kris is a wonderful safari guide.
We went back to the hotel for naps. Kyle and grandma took the boys back to Magic Kingdom later that night while I tried to recover from a killer migraine and the side effects of lots of Excedrin. Alexander rode Thunder Mountain again and they took a few rides on the smaller coaster for Benjamin. They saw Mickey’s Philharmagic and visited Minnie’s house. Benjamin was very sad that she wasn’t there though.
Day 5 Epcot and Magic Kingdom
Alexander woke up looking like this
And this is how we left the hotel Friday morning.
We went and saw the Nemo ride and Turtle Talk with Crush and rode the test track at Epcot. We rode Ellen’s energy ride, the boys rode mission to space and we road Soarin’. After Benjamin’s nap we met the Big 5.
We went back to Magic Kingdom that night and went to the Laugh Floor and rode the Tea Cups. Kyle and I made ourselves a little sick, but it was so fun to see how excited the boys were and hear them giggle. We had to ride Benjamin’s favorite ride a few more times. He knew when we slowed down we’d have to get off so he was screaming by the time we got to the end—I’m sure they thought he hated it, but he was yelling for more.
We had a GREAT vacation. Friday morning we packed up and headed to Downtown Disney for souvenirs. We even ended up with Disney luggage.

Merrick and Jack agree with Alexander. It was very concerning that there was poaching going on even in the middle of the happiest place on earth. :) Such cute pics!
