Those proud parent moments

Today we decided it would be a great day to (finally) teach Alexander to ride a bike without training wheels.  We went over to the church so he’d have a large open place to ride.  It took about an hour of Kyle hunched over holding on, but he figured it out and is now a real bike rider.  He asked us, “You know how I feel?  Good.”  I’ve never really seen him proud of an accomplishment he has worked for.  5 hours later he is still riding.  He’s fallen and gotten back up, struggled and kept going and I’m proud of him.  Good job Alexander!
